Children
Every week we have your family in mind! We want the children to experience the power and presence of Jesus Christ in an atmosphere of love, care and age-appropriate teaching as well as a safe environment to put your mind at ease. The children stay in the main service for the praise and worship and then are released for age appropriate teaching with DBS checked volunteers.- 0-3 Creche We’re committed to providing a nurturing and caring environment for your youngest family members. Our room is bright and cheerful with sanitized toys and equipment along with a team of caring volunteers to assist you. There is a TV feed into the main service so parents can see and hear the main service whilst their babies and toddler can play safely.
- 3-5 Power Patrol The fun starts here. Kids will have a mixture of teaching, object lessons, dramas and games. There is a main theme, a memory verse, taught each week. The children will learn the principles of the Word of God in bite sized chunks.
- 6-9 Transformers Inquisitive and wanting to find out things and explore...we lead them on a journey to find a Christ like life-style, laying foundations that will see them victorious in the future
- 9-11 The Incredibles As they grow older, we want to ensure godly principles are continually put into the children. There are discussions implemented into the Word based teaching as we continue to encourage them to grow in God and press into His presence.
- Unstoppable From the age of 12 upwards, the young people remain in the main service on Sunday mornings, many of whom are involved in service teams within the church. Unstoppable (12-21) meets fortnightly on Friday evenings at 7.00pm.
It is vital that young people have somewhere they can fellowship with like-minded friends, have relevant ministry appropriate for this stage in their lives and are encouraged to live an ‘unstoppable’ life for Jesus.
There are various social events held throughout the year and we endeavour to take the youth to at least one conference or larger event each year.
